Can I use my personal email for my account?
Yes, absolutely! We actually even recommend keeping your Lunatask account under your personal email address. Since school-issued emails are usually deactivated after graduation, it’s best to use one you’ll always have access to.
Which plans can I use my education discount on?
Individuals can use the discount on both our monthly and yearly plans, but not on our one-time buy lifetime purchase. Although, we still offer a 50% discount to schools purchasing licenses in bulk to then give them out to their students and staff – if this is your case, please contact us.
Do you extend the discount to non-profits or emergency workers?
Yes, absolutely! We’re happy to extend the discount to support a good cause. Just contact us directly and we’ll be glad to set you up. If you’re unsure whether you qualify, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll be happy to clarify.
Do you extend the discount to religious organizations or the military?
At the moment, we don’t offer discounts to religious organizations or military personnel (including veterans). The discount is currently limited to students, teachers, and selected non-profit organizations supporting charitable causes.
