Furthermore, a four-digit PIN can be set up in the settings to add an extra layer of protection for your sensitive thoughts.
Currently, there can be only a single value for mood, energy, and stress level each day. Journal entries share these values with the day they are set to. Therefore, if you have multiple journal entries for a particular day, all of them will share the same mood tracker values.
This might change in the future, so you be able to decide on the level of each entry, whether the mood tracker data is only for this entry or whether it is shared with the day as the primary data for that day.
The template new journal entries are initialized with can be customized. In the template, you can ask yourself questions you’d like to answer in each entry or remind yourself of things not to forget to enter into your journal.
