Review old tasks

In this workflow, your tasks will be shown in one long flat list, with the oldest tasks on the top and the newest at the bottom. Each task will also show how long ago it was created.

Go over each task in the list and review whether it still makes sense to track it – this can help you to clean up your long lists. See the article dedicated to handling long lists for more information.
